 Billy at 1860s (click to expand) Billy Barnett grew up in a small town in Illinois and started playing guitar at the age of nine. After playing with Streetcorner Symphony for twelve years he founded his own band. Billy has opened up for and shared the stage with many musicians, ranging from Roy Orbinson, The Neville Brothers, and Johnny Johnson, to Rockers like Nazareth, REO Speedwagon, and Yngwie Malmsteen.In Branson, Billy even played with country fiddler, Shoji Tabuchi for a year. Currently, he works at a guitar shop called Gravity Strings, teaches guitar, plays in his own band, as well as The Smash Band. Billy has recently released his fourth c.d. -- titled Dysfunctional Family - click here for details .
